California Roll House Korean designer Christopher Daniel of  ViolentVolumes is a futuristic concept of a prefab home designed to be assembled and disassembled in record time.

This house house was designed for arid environments and is wrapped into an energy efficient shell that reflects heat from the sun.





 2) The Wolke 7

When it comes to traveling homes, some prefer the land and some prefer the see but in the future, some will choose the sky! 

The Wolke 7 flying home concept has modern creature comforts and then some- not to mention, style that looks straight out of Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. 




3) The Discus hotel

Water Discus Hotel is an under water hotel that comprises of two discs - an underwater and above-water one. This combination will allow guests to admire the depths of the ocean while making the most of the warm climate.

The two parts of the structure are connected by five solid legs and a vertical shaft containing a lift and stairway. The size of each disc has been adjusted to local conditions.




4) Urban Tree House

The new urban treehouse by Baumraum brings the peaceful lifestyle of a treehouse to a city with 3.5 million neighbors. It’s the latest project by Baumraum, and unlike the rural retreats it has designed before, this one is located inside Berlin’s city limits.

Baumraum’s Urban Treehouse was a design concept that continues the company’s efforts of sustainable, raised-treehouse living. It’s a figurative treehouse, in that it is supported by steel instead of building into an existing tree.




5) Weave House

“Weaving a home” reexamines the traditional architectural concept of tent shelters by creating a technical, structural fabric that expands to enclose and contracts for mobility while providing the comforts of contemporary life (heat, running water, electricity, storage, etc.)
